Maxim Shanghai score their sixth perfect print score in a year

Keeping some of the world’s top clothing brands and leading retailers happy is not something that Maxim Label and Packaging Shanghai takes lightly.

The clothing label and packaging printer knows it must stay at the top of its game when it comes to colour quality management if it is to satisfy the exacting standards of global retail giants.

And thanks to Mellow Colour’s industry-leading ISO 12647 colour management software, systems and training, Maxim Shanghai is consistently exceeding those standards for its international clientele.

Alongside our advanced colour management software, the Mellow Colour system includes regular training, audits and spot checks for printers.

Maxim Shanghai has achieved consistently excellent audit results over the past four years, continually reaching QMS scores over 90%, and passing spot checks with flying colours. Even more impressively, the print team has scored six 100% print scores in just the last year – an incredible achievement!

Linda Gao is Maxim Shanghai’s Colour Champion. She explained how Mellow Colour’s colour management system has helped the team achieve such outstanding results: “Our clients' print quality requirements specify that we use the Mellow Colour system to achieve the ISO 12647 colour management standard.

“We’ve found since implementing the colour management system, we can get quicker results and a more stable print quality, which is obviously a real benefit to our organisation.
“The four-colour effect is also better with the Mellow Colour system.”

And how does Linda see the ISO 12647 technology benefiting Maxim Shanghai going forward?

“We hope in future we’ll be able to use Mellow Colour’s reliable and stable print quality system to benefit more big brands.”

Congratulations to Linda and all the Maxim Shanghai print team on another great year. Here’s to the next one!
