The Mellow Colour 100 Club stands as a testament to the highest standards of print quality globally, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Membership in this exclusive club is awarded to ISO 12647 Proficient Printers who consistently demonstrate their ability to produce work with a perfect score of 100, showing 100% compliance with the stringent targets and tolerances of the Mellow Colour Quality Management System.

We are proud to highlight the Roche, Cornwall site of the Walstead Group as one of the longest-standing members of this esteemed club.

By undertaking an annual audit, Roche are bridging the gap between preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. This regular check-in with Mellow Colour, ensures procedures and software are up to date, and empowers 100 Club members to stay ahead of technical drift and maintain their status as elite colour champions.

Approved in 2007 when they were part of the St Ives Group, Walstead has a well-deserved reputation for producing exceptionally high-quality print.

Their client list speaks for itself, including iconic luxury publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Country Living and Tatler.

The enduring membership of printers like Roche, Walstead in the Mellow Colour 100 Club underscores a shared philosophy: that a data-driven approach, combined with expertise and a culture of continuous improvement, is the key to achieving and maintaining excellence in print colour.

“What Roche do extremely well is manage the finer, but very important details well. Print, proofing, lighting is all taken very good care of. Digital proofs and print match perfectly, where this is testament to the tight controls they have in place.” commented Steve Fowler, Mellow Colour.
